A free consultation is carried out so that the treatment can be tailored to the individual clients requirements.
A consultation is required as there may be reasons (contraindications) why massage can not be performed.
Massage can only be performed with medical permission from a GP if a client suffers from any of the following...
Pregnancy
Cardio-vascular conditions
Medical odema
Osteoporosis
Arthritis
Epilepsy
Recent operations
Diabetes
Rheumatism
There are other reasons why massage may not be advisable.
